How does it work?
- You provide us with a job description.
- We advertise it on social media.
- You get a flow of candidates as they apply on our site.
We typically work with your standard job descriptions, but then we follow-up with a call to get the candidate description.
We make sure that the ad is right for the role and that it is highly, yet widely, targeted to get the best candidates at the lowest cost.
Candidates who click on the ads arrive at a custom landing page for the role and can apply for a job in < 1 minute. Even on mobile.
How much does it cost?
We recommend spending a minimum of $250 per week, but you can spend more – and get more candidates.

Why is Recruit Socially different?

Why do you have a 10 role minimum?
Each customer is unique in their hiring procedures, so it’s impossible for us to work on single roles for companies.
Over the past 2 years of recruiting on social media, we have learned that it’s important to learn about a company and their culture before helping them recruit.
And it can take companies some time to understand what works on social media. We found that 10 roles is a good place to start for both of us.
Not all roles have to start at the same time, though, so you could, for example, run one ad for 10 weeks.
